About Us

William Beck and Ryan Sovereign, both graduates of the Rhode Island School of Design in Sculpture & Industrial Design respectively, have been long time collaborators both musically and visually since their first meeting. In the Spring of 2005, the idea of the first Sovereign Beck collection was formed. Drawing upon both the traditional and the classically abstract ideals of tie design, the Sovereign Beck line of neck wear was created. With the concept of giving a new expression to conservative menswear, Ryan and Will have fashioned collections of ties that can be both understated and provocative, classic and cutting edge. Every design has been carefully realized by the artists to be not only be timeless, but also a statement of individuality. Created in limited quantity and with only the highest quality in mind, each piece is a statement.
